Relevant ASME/API standards support includes API 520, API 526, API 527 and ASME Section VIII. UV stamp is available for applicable Type 42 safety valves.
Based on project parameters—such as inlet/outlet sizes and end connections, set pressure, opening pressure, back pressure, body and trim materials, temperature, and medium—or based on data sheets, we provide valve selection support, comprehensive certifications, and technical documentation to facilitate EPC projects, support valve distributors, and assist with industrial procurement approvals.
Our pressure relief valves have been supplied to industrial projects in Dubai, Turkey and Vietnam, covering pressure protection applications in industrial systems and equipment.

For overseas industrial projects that require clear specifications, factory testing and traceable documentation, we support EPC companies, valve distributors and industrial procurement with pressure relief valve solutions for oil & gas, chemical, power and industrial equipment applications.
Your pressure relief valve project may require more than product supply. We support valve selection, production, testing, documentation, delivery coordination and after-sales traceability according to your project requirements.
Share your working conditions, and we will help review suitable valve types, materials and basic specifications.
Valves can be produced according to your required type, size, pressure, material and connection standards.
Calibration reports, test records and relevant documents can be provided upon request for project review.
Applicable valves are tested before shipment, including set pressure, seat tightness and reseating pressure tests.
Delivery is arranged according to order quantity, specifications and project schedule, usually within 5–55 days.
Each safety valve has a unique serial number for traceability and 12-month warranty support.
Reliable testing, clear documentation and serial number traceability help reduce approval delays and support site acceptance for pressure relief valve projects. Applicable valves are tested before shipment and backed by a structured 12-month warranty process.
Before shipment, applicable safety valves are tested according to relevant ASME/API procedures, including set pressure test, seat tightness test and reseating pressure test. Official calibration reports can be provided.
Each safety valve has a unique serial number for product records, testing information and after-sales traceability.
From the date of supply, a 12-month warranty applies. If a failure or defect is confirmed to be caused by manufacturing quality issues, the customer may provide failure videos or photos together with the corresponding serial number. After review, free repair, replacement parts or full valve replacement may be provided as appropriate.
The following questions help your team confirm standards, UV stamp availability, calculation sheets, materials, delivery time, testing documents and suitable applications.
Yes. After quotation, if molecular weight and required working data are provided, calculation sheets can be prepared according to the corresponding specifications.
UV stamp is available for applicable Type 42 safety valves. Please confirm the valve type and service conditions before ordering.
The valves comply with relevant ASME requirements. Current certification mainly applies to gas service safety valves without adjusting rings.
Carbon steel and stainless steel are currently available. Ductile iron, cast iron, bronze and brass are not currently offered.
The valves are suitable for chemical, machinery, energy and general industrial pressure protection applications. They are not recommended for viscous slurry service, as such conditions may damage the valve after opening.
Delivery time is usually 5–55 days, depending on valve type, specification, material and order quantity.
