Manufacturing System
Facilities organized around repeatable production.
Machining, assembly, inspection, testing and documentation are treated as linked manufacturing stages rather than separate claims.
Machining capacity for repeatable valve components
Controlled machining operations
Surface preparation and coating
01
Material control
Review material specifications, heat numbers and required inspection records.
02
Machining
Machine pressure-containing and functional components to controlled drawings.
03
Assembly
Control springs, trim, seals, settings and serial-number identification.
04
Performance testing
Verify shell integrity, set pressure, reseating and seat leakage as specified.
05
Document release
Compile material, test, conformity and shipping records into the delivery package.
People and Roles
A 260+ person manufacturing organization.
HHSV’s workforce covers engineering, production, QA/QC, testing, technical documentation, project coordination and sales. The operating model is intended to carry an enquiry from incomplete service data through technical approval, manufacturing, inspection and shipment.
For overseas projects, the practical interfaces are the application engineer, project sales contact, quality/document coordinator and inspection team.
01
Application engineering
Checks service data, calculation assumptions, materials, configuration and applicable standards.
02
Production
Controls machining, assembly, settings and repeatable batch manufacture.
03
Quality and testing
Manages traceability, inspection status, pressure testing and third-party witness points.
04
Projects and documents
Coordinates drawings, QAP/ITP, MDR records, revisions, milestones and final delivery files.
R&D and Verification
Material, NDT and full-performance testing capability.
HHSV reports material and nondestructive-testing laboratories together with equipment for safety-valve performance verification. Test and inspection scope is defined by the product, service, standard and purchase order.
Available verification work includes material composition and mechanical-property checks, hardness testing, nondestructive examination, dimensional inspection, shell testing, set-pressure and reseating checks, and seat-leakage testing.
Material verification
Heat-number traceability, material certificates and specified chemical or mechanical checks.
Nondestructive testing
Applicable surface or volumetric examinations according to the agreed inspection plan.
Pressure performance
Shell integrity, set pressure, reseating behaviour and capacity-related verification.
Seat leakage
API 527 or other agreed leakage criteria, with recorded results and witness options.
Company Development
Growth described by capability, not slogans.
Only the founding year is presented as a dated milestone here; later phases summarize documented capability development without inventing unsupported dates.

Identity and Accountability
Manufacturing entity, websites and certificates must align.
HHSV is the operating identity used here for Henghua Valve Co., Ltd. Tiansheng Valve Group and tsv-valve.com are independent websites operated by HHSV.
A website or commercial name does not expand a certificate. Product pages and quotations should always identify which legal entity manufactures, contracts, marks and warrants the supplied valve.
