Acceptance and website scope
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its downloadable materials.
The website is intended primarily for professional buyers, engineers, distributors, contractors, equipment manufacturers and industrial operators. It provides general company, product, application and technical information and does not replace project-specific engineering review.

Technical information
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, pressure or temperature ranges, drawings, calculations and performance data displayed on the website are general information unless incorporated into an accepted quotation or contract.
Final safety-valve selection depends on the relieving scenario, medium, required capacity, operating and set pressures, temperature, backpressure, materials, applicable code and certificate scope. Users must provide complete and accurate service data and obtain appropriate engineering approval before purchase, installation or operation.

Standards, testing and certification
References to standards must be interpreted according to the wording used. “Designed in accordance with,” “tested in accordance with” and “certified to” are different statements and are not interchangeable.
A certification claim applies only to the legal entity, manufacturing location, product, model, size, pressure range, nameplate marking and other scope expressly covered by the applicable certificate or authorization. Website content does not extend that scope.

Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a contact form, RFQ, datasheet, drawing or other enquiry does not create a contract or obligate HHSV to supply any product.
A quotation is based on the information available at the time of issue and may include assumptions, exclusions, deviations, document scope, delivery terms and validity limits. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving those items before placing an order.

Orders and contractual documents
Orders are governed by the mutually accepted quotation, purchase order, order acknowledgement, drawings, datasheets, specifications and other agreed contractual documents.
If website content conflicts with an accepted contractual document, the accepted contractual document controls. Changes to scope, quantities, specifications, inspection, documentation or delivery may require written agreement and adjustments to price or schedule.

Downloads and controlled documents
Public catalogues, datasheets, guides and drawings may be revised without notice. Users must verify that they are using the current revision.
Project-specific drawings, calculations, inspection plans, material records, test reports and manufacturing record books are controlled documents and may be subject to confidentiality, approval and distribution restrictions.

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand elements, product images, text, drawings, calculations, documents and other content are owned by or licensed to HHSV.
Content may be used internally to evaluate HHSV products or prepare a legitimate enquiry. It may not be republished, modified, sold, reverse engineered or used to misrepresent another product or supplier without written permission.

Trade and export compliance
Users and customers are responsible for complying with applicable import, export, sanctions, customs and end-use restrictions. HHSV may decline or suspend an enquiry or transaction when required for legal or compliance reasons.

Changes and governing terms
HHSV may update these Terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The revised version becomes effective when published with a new update date.
Disputes relating to a purchase are governed by the law and dispute-resolution provisions in the applicable contract. Mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
