Product Overview
This safety valve is used for equipment and pipelines handling steam, air and similar media at operating temperatures up to 350°C. When the pressure in the equipment or pipeline exceeds the allowable value, the valve opens automatically and then discharges at full capacity. When the pressure drops to the specified value, the valve closes automatically to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and pipelines.
The assembly consists of two safety valves of the same model and size mounted on a Y-type joint. The nominal diameter of the assembly refers to the inlet diameter of the Y-type joint.
The Y-type joint is made of WCB. The materials of the remaining components of the A37H, A38Y and A43H safety valves are the same as those used in the corresponding A47H and A48Y spring loaded safety valves.
